Drumpf-Dumper: A Browser Add-On for Replacing President Trump References
Drumpf-Dumper is a free Chrome add-on developed by Jon E. Hanford. This add-on aims to replace any instance of President Trump and a few other variations with the term "Komrade Cheetoface". Additionally, it replaces references to the presidency with "Cheetoface Presidency".
This add-on works by parsing all your web content and performing a simple string search and replace. It does require permissions to read your data, but the source code is available for you to review. Rest assured, all processing is done locally on your device through a few lines of JavaScript.
Drumpf-Dumper serves as a tool for resistance and humor. It allows you to redefine how you perceive the head of the executive branch and the presidency. It reminds us that the leader of the free world doesn't have to be the leader in our eyes.
